Co-employment is a relationship between ACB and a client, in which ACB is responsible for handling the requirements of the social compliance and States and central taxes. ACB becomes the employer of record as it relates issuing payroll checks, and working with compliance and regulatory matters. |

Each client company maintains control of the employees. It is still the responsibility of the client to hire, direct and guide employees on a daily basis. |

4. Who is responsible for our employee's wages and employment taxes under the PEO Service management?
PEO company assume responsibility and liability for payment of wages, as well as compliance with all rules and regulations governing the reporting and payment of central and state taxes on wages paid to client employees. |
