Vidya Kant Kala (VK) is a director at A C BAXI & COMPANY PVT LTD. He is a graduate of the Regional Engineering College Jaipur, India and has completed a master‘s program at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is based in Pune and heads our operations in the westerns region and Mumbai. A former officer in the Indian Air Force; VK was awarded the prestigious Vice Chief of Air Staff Commendation for services at Air Headquarters and is a graduate of the prestigious Defence Services Staff College. While in the Indian Air Force, VK headed large, multi disciplinary teams that specialized in aircraft, communication and navigation systems.
VK had the privilege of working in both staff as also field appointments in Indian Air Force. Prior to joining ACB, VK was Managing Director and Vice President at IDeaS, the leading provider of hospitality revenue optimization solutions and one of America's fastest growing technology companies. Over a period of seven years, VK built a world-class technical team at IDeaS and the IDeaS Technology Center of Excellence in Pune, India, growing it from ground up to a large team.

Dr. Bakshi has been associated with ACB since its inception. He is one of the Director of the company and a member of the Core management team. Dr. Bakshi is based in Delhi and primarily heads the Delhi branch operations.
Dr. Bakshi, though a medical practioner, has a vast experience of over 30 years‘ in controlling and directing various management functions. His public relations and quick decision making abilities have helped the organisation to grow at a faster pace.

Akshita Baxi has been associated with the company since June 2008, has contributed in restructuring the company’s mandate and focusing on increasing the client base in the northern region. She is an enthusiastic person, with a wealth of practical skills and experience. Before joining the company Akshita completed her PGDBM with specialization in Entrepreneurship from Narsee Monajee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. During her internship period she worked with Shoppers Stop Hr department to understand the HR practices being followed in retail industry with a special focus on the importance and impact of “Training & development” in the Retail industry. Akshita likes reading and is an amateur golfer.

Pulkit joined AC Baxi in December, 2009 to increase the company’s reach in the western India and is based out of Ahmadabad to focus on Gujrat territory. Pulkit is also the founder of Pinnacle Wealth Advisors, a boutique financial advisory firm focusing on Private wealth management and personal financial planning. Prior to this he has worked with Sharekhan (A domestic brokerage house) for close to three years as an Investment analyst advising clients on investment in Infrastructure and Industrial stocks. He is enthusiastic and passionate about work and bring on board a judicious mix of experience and fresh ideas.
Pulkit completed his PGDBM from Narsee moonji institute of management studies, Mumbai and is an Alumnus of Col. Brown school, Dehradun. He enjoys travelling and is a Formula one Fanatic.
