ACB was founded in 2001, by Mr. Anil Kumar Baxi with a vision to provide cost-effective payroll Management and Facility Solutions & Support, thereby allowing companies to concentrate and invest on their core competencies. The objective has always been to deliver the best possible service, tailored to each customer‘s specific need.

We began as a small payroll and Facility solutions provider in year 2001, from its humble beginnings the company has grown as one of the leading Professional Employer Organization and Facility Solutions & Support Company in India. We are a registered privately held company and currently employ Professionals in the areas of Employment- law Compliance, Payroll and Accounting. We have an experts' team on legal and statutory matters.  We currently service 8,000 employees at over 120 client locations for various corporate and have processed annual revenues exceeding over INR 650 million.

By virtue of our past experience in managing client locations spread far and wide ACB has acquired knowledge of local business employment challenges, across various states in India which is its unique strength.
